Products and Prices

1. After adding desired products to your cart, click the "shopping cart" icon to request quotes or place orders. When you hover your mouse over the cart, a window will display the selected products, quantities, and prices. Clicking the cart will take you to the order page.

2. After reviewing your products, click "Checkout" to place your order.

3. On the checkout page, fill in your shipping address, tax invoice information, and select your payment method. Then click "Pay" to complete your order.

4. Once payment is completed, an order confirmation page will appear, and you can download your purchase order

Favorites List is a convenient feature that helps you reorder the same products or purchase the same items multiple times. This makes it easier to place future orders and reduces time spent searching for products. The method to add products to your favorites list is as follows
1. When you have found the product you want to add to favorites, click the star icon next to the Part No. field.

2. To reorder the same product without viewing the product page again, hover your mouse over "My Account" and click "Favorites" from the dropdown menu.

3. Once you click to enter, it will display the page with your selected favorite products. You can reorder by clicking "Add to Cart".

Product comparison allows you to compare features, materials, or standards of products. You can select up to 4 items within the same category for comparison. Users can view detailed specifications of the compared products to facilitate purchasing decisions.

Go to the product page and click "All Products". You will see a checkbox at the top right corner of each product image. Click the checkbox to select products you want to compare, then click the "Compare" button. After clicking compare, the selected product images will be displayed for comparison confirmation. Once you confirm the comparison, the product specifications page will appear

You can select products for comparison from the order page by clicking the compare option at the right corner of the product details.

Requesting additional discounts has specific conditions: users must place orders for the required quantities (product quantities must exceed the predetermined threshold - you can hover your mouse to view the established criteria). Then click "Additional discounts available upon request." This will display the "Contact Us" page where users can select their preferred communication channel.
*For this discount request process, contact will be made directly through Boonsan Fastener's main channels. You can place orders and make payments through these primary channels without going through the website.

Volume discounts are available when ordering products in large quantities. Discount rates vary according to the quantity ordered and product type. Customers can view details of these volume purchase discounts on the order page by hovering their mouse over "Regular price" to display a window showing discounts by price level.
