Quotations and Purchase Orders

Quotation status consists of the following conditions:

1. Order Approved - Approval of customer purchase orders that have completed payment at checkout
2. Processing - Awaiting customer payment within 7 days
3. Expired - Quotation has exceeded the payment deadline
4. Cancelled - User has manually cancelled their own quotation

Purchase order status consists of the following conditions:

1. Delivery Completed - When products have been delivered to the customer or received by the customer
2. Payment Successful - User has completed payment successfully
3. Pending Payment - Awaiting payment within 2 hours
4. Order Expired - User failed to make payment within the specified timeframe and payment was unsuccessful
