About Delivery Date

Delivery date refers to the number of days required to prepare products for shipment from our warehouse (counting business days only, starting from the day after the customer places the order). It takes approximately 1-2 days for shipping preparation.

Track Delivery Status

You can track delivery status using 2 methods as follows:

Go to "My Account" page, then navigate to "Track Order Status", enter your tracking number in the field, and click Track Package.

You can track delivery status through "Order History". Go to "Order History", select the order you want to track, and the order details page will appear. Customers can click on the tracking number to check delivery status.
